Blood Incantation offers a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn apparel to ensure complete satisfaction with your cosmic acquisitions. Please note that limited edition vinyl and media items are final sale unless arriving in a damaged state.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Access our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
